My theory of invention was developed in my 2000 book ‘Learning and innovation in organizations and economies’ (Oxford U. Press). You can download a summary of the theory: Cycle of Invention (Cycle of invention.pdf). For a paper underlying this book, I received the Kapp prize, in 1996.

Related to this book, concerning the theory of the firm I published ‘A cognitive theory of the firm’ (Edward Egar). For this book I received the Schumpeter prize, in 2009.

In 2002 a book on trust ‘Forms, foundations, functions, failures and figures’ (Edward Elgar). For this book, I received the Gunnar Myrdal prize, in 2004.
